How to Manifest Abundance

ENERGY FLOWS TO AND THROUGH YOU

We tend to minimize what we think we can accomplish. We put ourselves in a box and believe that we can’t do what others can. We often believe in others more than ourselves.

Yet the reality is we all have infinite potential. We all can dream and reach our goals. However, too often, we live within our “paradigms” and let them define what’s possible for us.

In today’s episode of The School of Greatness, I talk about shifting these paradigms with the master of the Law of Attraction: Bob Proctor. Bob is one of the most sought-after speakers globally and was featured in the wildly popular film, The Secret. Bob and I also talk about why mentors are essential no matter what experience level one has and the six faculties that will improve our quality of life.

So if you’re ready, let’s investigate all the ways your thoughts are holding you back from being happy, healthy, and wealthy!

Who Is Bob Proctor?

Bob Proctor is a New York Times bestselling author, speaker, coach, and the chairman and co-founder of the Proctor Gallagher Institute. For more than 40 years, he has been one of the biggest names in prosperity and personal development. He has dedicated his work and teachings to help people use the power of their minds to achieve rewarding relationships and spiritual awareness. His talks had also motivated many people’s lives to achieve success and abundance.

Bob is a featured teacher in the hit film The Secret, which explains the universal law of attraction and offers wisdom in creating an intentionally and effortlessly joyful life. He is also the best-selling author of You Were Born Rich and the worth reading Change Your Paradigm, Change Your Life, among many others.

As a young child, Bob believed that he was going nowhere. Luckily, he soon realized that he could change his thinking if he could change his life. Today, I am privileged to interview Bob and have him contribute so much to this episode!

The Six Faculties That Will Improve Your Life

Bob was born during the Great Depression, so he never had any dreams when he was a kid. He grew up in an area where people’s main goal was to just get by with what was before them. Something happened when he was 26 that would change his life forever.

“I read Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich. That’s when I started to dream.” – Bob Proctor

Like others whose lives have changed after reading such a powerful book, Bob also realized something — whatever he learned from school wasn’t enough. Some schools might talk about becoming what you think about, but he believes that everyone needs to go further than that.

“What schools usually missed to teach is the fact that every one of us has these higher faculties. We are all creatures of God and are creative beings. By this, I mean that we have characteristics that make us separate from everything else he created. We have a perception, will, reason, imagination, memory, and intuition.” – Bob Proctor

Bob believes that if you want to improve your life, you must start utilizing these faculties built in you. I outlined how Bob describes each of them.

#1: Perception

Perception is how we see the world around us. It’s how we receive, process, and react to information based on our environment and experiences. For Bob, changing your perception means changing your life, too.

#2: Will

Bob shares this story:

“When John Kennedy asked Wernher von Braun, ‘What’s needed to build a rocket that would carry a person in the moon [and] bring him back safely to earth?’ … von Braun answered him in five words: ‘The will to do it.’” – Bob Proctor

Having the will gives a person the ability to concentrate. Through concentration, you allow your power to flow. … There’s power flowing in each one of us, and you can use that energy to create more action in your life.

#3: Reason

Reason is about making sense of the world and fitting into it. It’s about finding solutions to problems and understanding the world around us. Simply, I believe that Bob wants us to know that the best place to change our lives is by studying our actions.

#4: Imagination

Imagination drives our creative abilities. I don’t mean to only use our imagination to create stories and fantasies, but also to visualize our everyday actions. The downside, however, according to Bob, is this:

“Most people can use their imagination, they just use it the wrong way. They imagine what won’t work or something bad happening.” – Bob Proctor

Learning to shift our imagination into optimism can help us reach heights we’ve never been into before.

#5: Memory

Bob believes that everybody has a perfect memory. It’s just that many of us don’t work on training our minds. Also, as Bob advises, memory works best when it is framed under the proper perception.

“Well, there’s no such thing as a bad memory. … Because [the] more you say [your memory is weak,] the more you’re gonna convince yourself that it’s weak.” – Bob Proctor

#6: Intuition

Intuition is a mental faculty that picks up the vibration and translates it into your mind. As Bob explains, through intuition, you get answers to your questions.

All these faculties are challenging to tap into because we’re programmed not to use them. This scenario, unfortunately,  leads us to maybe the only real problem of the whole world — ignorance.

“There’s only one problem in the whole world, and that’s ignorance.” @BobProctorLIVE

The Single Problem in the Whole World

If you think that the reason why you’re not getting what you’ve always wanted is a lack of opportunities or lack of money, you may want to reconsider. Bob explains,

“I believe the majority of people are living ignorantly in the use of the facilities each of us have. This is rather sad, but I think it’s true. For example, you might be overwhelmed with debts and say you don’t have the money, so you borrow more. Eventually, you just end up with more debts.” – Bob Proctor

This doesn’t mean that Bob thinks that such a predicament isn’t real. Instead, what he’s telling us is the truth that yes, you may be short of money, but you are born rich in potential. From that, you can shift your perception. Then you can look for ways to earn more and finally get wealthy.

“Remember, rich people have more than one source of income. … There’s no end to what we can earn.” – Bob Proctor

Ultimately, he suggests that we can overcome this ignorance by studying and investing in ourselves. The better we know about ourselves and our behavior, the more that we can find ways to utilize our faculties to our advantage. Then we can finally manifest things we’ve always wanted!

How Mentors Can Help In Manifesting Abundance

There are many ways we can study ourselves. One is by working with the Proctor Gallagher Institute, which helps people get in touch with themselves — who they are, what they’re capable of, and what they want in life. Its goal is probably best explained by Bob’s statement:

“Every person has a paradigm, which is nothing but a multitude of habits. It’s got nothing to do with how smart you are or where you come from. It’s programmed into your subconscious mind, and that’s controlling you and the six faculties you have. Unless you change this paradigm, nothing’s gonna change.” – Bob Proctor

I agree 100% with what Bob said. Such change is necessary for people to continue to grow every day, be more prosperous, be more abundant, and feel happier, joyful, healthier in their lives. To make this happen, he advises everyone to study more, operate intellectually, emotionally, and physically on a goal, and find a mentor.

“People who want to have improved lives should have a mentor — someone that has already accomplished what they dream about. They might not even know the person. They could just get introduced to them, so they can ask for advice and help.” – Bob Proctor

Bob and the institution’s mentoring efforts have helped many experience abundance in their lives. Their events, programs, and products — all based on decades of research, study, and application — elevate people’s thoughts and successfully bring their genius to the surface and will leave such a legacy for the years to come.
