For a 260 page book, Trust Agents was a quick read, and that’s saying a lot for a guy who finds it hard to focus on 1 page of any book.  It’s great to read stories about others who have become Trust Agents like Robert Scoble, Gary Vaynerchuk, Jessica Berlin of Cirque du Soleil, fellow Columbus Ohio native Jim Canterucci as well as a good friend in the sports industry Bryan Elliott.

I don’t do the book complete justice with my brief video remarks below, however I share a few of my important take-a-ways from the book that everyone needs to take action on immediately.  Have you read the book yet?
